| WUC-10, WUC-15, and WUC-16 are ultra high purity sensors with particularly compact structures, used to measure the pressure of ultra pure gases in the semiconductor industry, especially suitable for hazardous areas. The components in contact with the medium include electrically polished stainless steel 316L that meets the SEMI F20 standard and special 2.4711/UNS R30003 thin film sensors. Sensors have excellent electromagnetic compatibility stability and multiple electrical and process connections. The potentiometer on the side is easy to use and can be easily zeroed. Each sensor undergoes sealing and accuracy checks. |
